Refund Policy

Digital Products (PDFs & Playbooks)
Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery, digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, contact us for assistance.
Expert Services
Business Review, Strategy Session, and Business Performance Project fees are refundable if the service has not commenced. Once work has begun, fees are non-refundable as they represent committed time and resources.
Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
Operator Fix Program
The Operator Fix Program includes a commitment clause: if we do not find real profit improvement, we do not continue working together. Refer to the specific terms agreed at engagement.
How to Request
To request a refund, contact us with your order details. Refunds, where applicable, are processed back to the original payment method.
