Products & Services
Industry Expert provides educational hospitality business systems, playbooks, and expert services including Business Reviews, Strategy Sessions, and Business Performance Projects. All materials are provided as educational business guidance based on hospitality operating experience.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. One-time purchases grant immediate access to digital products. Expert services require payment before work commences. Subscription plans are billed monthly in advance.
Refunds
Digital products (PDFs, playbooks) are non-refundable once accessed due to their immediate digital delivery nature. Expert service engagements are subject to the terms agreed at the time of booking. See our Refund Policy for details.
Intellectual Property
All content, systems, playbooks, and materials are the intellectual property of Industry Expert. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share purchased materials without express written permission.
No Guarantee of Results
